A man identified as Ernesto Franco de Morais, aged 56, was shot dead this Sunday morning (20) in Santa Tereza do Oeste, in western Paraná, according to the Military Police (PM-PR). The information is from g1 .

Footage from a security camera shows the victim at the entrance to a gas station convenience store. Then a man arrives at the scene and fires several shots at him. According to the PM, the police's initial suspicion is that the victim and the perpetrator had an argument early this Sunday. The identity of the suspect has not yet been revealed.

Still according to the corporation, at least 10 shots were fired by the suspect against Ernesto. After the crime, the man, who arrived at the scene on a motorcycle, runs away with a partner who was waiting for him in the vehicle.

The Mobile Emergency Service (SAMU) was triggered, but the victim could not resist and died at the scene of the crime. The motorcycle used in the crime was found, according to the PM. Police are searching for the suspect and his accomplice.
