STRONG IMAGES: mother and children try to board a moving train, but the woman falls onto the tracks

A mother who tried to get on a moving train with her two children had a serious accident when she tried to reach one of her children who had already managed to get on and remained on top of the locomotive; However, carelessness caused the woman to get stuck between the platform and the train.

The serious accident was captured by one of the video surveillance cameras of the train station located in India , an incident that was shared on social networks with a date recorded on November 13. Although some people came to the mother's rescue, they could do nothing to save her.

What happened to the mother who fell onto the train tracks?

The images show when the woman, named Gayatri Bagira, according to local media, who was carrying one of her children in her arms, led her second child by the hand so that he could board the train, which she achieved with the help from a person who was already inside the locomotive. However, when it was the woman's turn, she had difficulty getting into the vehicle. When she put one of her feet on top of it, she couldn't hold it and ended up falling into the small space on the platform. 

After part of her body fell onto the tracks , the woman was stuck but managed to leave her son on the platform where other people quickly came to help them. Although they tried to lift the woman who already had her body on the tracks, they were unable to save her. The child who was in her arms was secured by the other passengers, while the second left on the train.

Gayatri Bagira suffered serious injuries to her right arm and hip. She was shifted to the Tirupur government hospital , while the railway police are already investigating her case. The baby was uninjured , as was her other child, who boarded the train, which stopped immediately.
