(38) and her sister walking on the street for a while. Özkan Y. shot two shots at Dilek Y.'s head with the gun in his hand and ran away from the scene. Upon notice, police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene.

It was determined by the medical teams that Dilek Y. had died. Police teams started an operation to capture Özkan Y.

There was a 7-8 year old girl next to the woman and she said, "My brother shot him." As we learned later, he was his stepbrother. The person who shot was on drugs. His father said he was disturbing them. It was obvious that there was no problem between his father and mother.
