The traffic accident between 3 cars occurred at around 11:50 a.m. on March 5, on Provincial Road 429B (passing Thanh Sam village, Truong Thinh commune, Ung Hoa district, Hanoi).

At the time of the accident, a truck with license plate number 29H-845.XX was traveling on provincial road 429B, heading to Ba Tha, and suddenly braked to avoid the motorbike (the license plate and driver were unknown). At this time, a car carrying license plate 30G-576.XX was coming from behind and crashed into the rear of the truck mentioned above. Next, the dump truck with registration number 29H- 797.XX crashed into the back of the car.

The patient also had facial deformities and had out-of-hospital circulatory arrest. Despite being treated for 30 minutes, Mr. H. had no life signs. After that, the patient was transferred to the hospital's general house.
