At about 8:00 a.m. on March 8, at the intersection between New Highway 19 and Highway 640 in Huynh Mai village, Phuoc Nghia commune (Tuy Phuoc district), a traffic accident occurred.
According to initial information, a truck with license plate number 77C-157... (driver unknown) is circulating on the new National Highway 19 in the direction from Quy Nhon City to Ba Gi Bridge. When arriving at this intersection, suddenly a shirtless young man, wearing shorts, walked across the road, then threw himself into the undercarriage of a moving truck. As a result, the young man was run over by the back wheel of the car and died on the spot.
The victim's identity was later determined to be Mr. N. N. P. (29 years old) in Trung Tin 1 neighborhood, Tuy Phuoc town (Tuy Phuoc district).
