In Voronezh, a man in military uniform beat a man lying on a bench on Ilyushin Street in the Ozerki residential complex with a baton. This was reported by the Vesti Voronezh Telegram channel .

The incident occurred on the evening of July 4. The moment of the beating was captured on surveillance cameras.

It is noted that the man came out of the entrance and lay down on a bench. After that, an unknown person in a military uniform came out of the house and began to beat him with a baton. Judging by the video from the cameras, after a few seconds the attacker dropped the baton and continued to beat the man with his fists.

The regional police department reported that the beaten man is in hospital with a head injury.

On June 20, the Yekaterinburg Garrison Military Court sentenced a contract soldier of the Russian army to 14 years in prison for robbery and beating a fighter of the Special Military District. During a walk with his fellow soldiers, the soldier drank seven cans of Jaguar and beat a man sleeping on a bench with his fists when the man refused to give him his inexpensive smartphone.
